Made to order

Palestine Threads products are produced after an order is placed and shipped directly by our fulfillment partners. Production time is separate from transit time. Timing varies by product, destination, availability, and season. Any delivery estimates shown are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping charges

Customers pay the shipping charges shown at checkout unless a specific offer or written group-order quote states otherwise. Review your order total before paying. For group orders, shipping will be included in the quote or clearly identified as a separate charge.

Destinations and availability

We serve the United States and supported international destinations. Availability depends on the product, fulfillment location, carrier, and destination. Some items cannot ship to every country or region. Available delivery options will be shown at checkout.

Separate packages and tracking

Items may be produced at different facilities or by different suppliers and may arrive in separate packages at different times. Your order may therefore have more than one tracking number. We will send shipping updates using the contact information provided at checkout when tracking is available.

Customs and import charges

International shipments may be subject to customs processing and import charges. Charges collected by the store will be identified at checkout. Additional duties or fees may be payable to the carrier or customs authority where applicable and not already collected. Customs processing can affect delivery timing.

Address accuracy and delivery problems

Check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us immediately if it needs correction; an update may not be possible after processing begins.
