Refund policy
Our products are made to order. Except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or color, or other customer selection errors. Please check the product description and size guide before ordering.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. This helps us submit a claim within our production partners’ deadlines. This requested reporting period does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for an eligible claim. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first; we will tell you whether a return is necessary and provide instructions. For a confirmed product fault or fulfillment error, we will not ask you to pay return shipping.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. We will confirm when a refund has been processed.
Missing or delayed deliveries
If tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, contact us promptly through the Contact page. Confirm your shipping address and include your order number. We will investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier. Additional shipping charges for a customer-supplied incorrect address will be explained before any reshipment is arranged, subject to applicable law.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Because production can begin automatically, changes or cancellation may not be possible once production starts. Any statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Your legal rights
This policy does not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable rights relating to faulty goods, refunds, returns, or cancellation. Made-to-order status alone does not necessarily remove a statutory withdrawal right. Where applicable law provides broader rights, those rights take priority.
